Come breathe together to acknowledge and cultivate gratitude for who you are, and how far you’ve come. As we are about to embark on the first full moon of Fall - it’s a potent time to collectively say thank you to ourselves, and release anything that isn’t serving us - enabling us to enter into the season with clarity and strength.
What is breathwork?
The “active” part of breathwork is a two part breath, followed by an exhale, all happening through the mouth. While lying down with your eyes closed, you’ll be guided through the experience with a curated playlist, essential oils, and grounding touch. After actively breathing, you’ll get to lay in a resting state that allows for processing and integration.
Dress in clothing you feel comfortable laying down in, and no need to bring anything other than yourself!
