Friday Sound Bath

Guided by Liz Tran // $40 // Book here.

Our Friday Sound Bath is designed to shift you into a state of deep relaxation and clarity, leaving you feeling invigorated after a long week at work.

While you lay on a soft Japanese mat, with all the elements you need to relax (blankets, pillows, essential oils), we play a variety of instruments, and lead you through a restorative guided meditation.

The instruments we use (crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and gong) are deeply healing for the nervous system, and shift you into a dream-like state where you experience you thoughts and sensations in a different way.

It’s the perfect post-work, Friday experience.

We are a shoes-off studio. Wear anything you are comfortable in.

Reboot Your System: A Laughter & Meditation Experience

Guided by Sean Holmquest // $40 // Book Here

Living in New York City today -- no, just living in the world today, can be an overwhelming experience. We're pulled in many directions, whether it is due to busy schedules, competing relationships, the bombardment of information from our devices, the need to act on that information, or just the noise and number of people we encounter every day. It's no wonder that we've all taken to hibernating or spending hours alone binge-watching TV or going down internet wormholes.

But there is a part of each of us that has an overwhelming capacity for joy, openness, and social connection. There is a part of us that wants to live in a state of calm, curiousness and play. In this workshop, we’ll use laughter yoga, meditation, and Reiki to get us out of our heads and open to connecting with others and the world around us. You'll be able to take what you learn into the world and use it in every day practice.

Time Experiments

Lead by Dev Aujla // $40 // Book here.

We don’t have enough time. It feels as though it is scarce and we are constantly fighting against it.

This workshop features a series of exercises that will help you to shift your relationship to time… so that you can experience more room and mental space in your day-to-day life.

This is not about efficiency or life-hacks. It is all together different in the same way that changing your relationship to your body is more sustaining than fad diets and exercise tech.

Drawing on research being done for his new book, you will be amongst the first people that Dev shares these practical and self-inquiry-based exercises with, practices that can transform how you spend your day-to-day.
